Customer Care Policy

While we hope you are happy with your order, we understand sometimes things just don’t work out. Detailed below is our return, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Returns

To make a return, please contact us via shop@bethanyjonesinteriors.com within 14 days of your delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original Bethany Jones Interiors Shop Order Confirmation or Packing Slip. We do not refund original shipping charges. Unsolicited online returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received or returned to us no longer than 30 days after initial delivery.

We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Damaged Items

If your item is received damaged, you will be asked to submit photos of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your item in order to receive a refund.

Final Sale

For final sale items, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Cancellations will not be accepted after 48 hours from order placement. All final sale items will be marked “All Sales Final” on their individual product tag.

Giveaways

Any items received through a giveaway cannot be returned or exchanged for another item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would prefer an alternate design or style, please place a separate order of the new item, and return your original item. Our return policy is noted above!

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we have a no-cancellation policy. After you place your order, it is immediately started to be fulfilled and can no longer be modified. It is our hope that this expedited turnaround works to your advantage, but we do understand that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order. If you do not want the item any longer, please follow our return policy noted above!
